I grew up with the maples and chestnuts turning each autumn. But the last time I saw those was 20 years ago, before I moved out west. I had always feared that the “next” time would be after retirement (being a teacher, it’s kinda hard to get away for a week in October). And then Sabatical came, and I jumped at the chance.
This is a collection of autumn photos taken over the past few years, from cottage country Ontario to the mountains where I now live.
